Terror Mumbai

Image

10 teenagers terrorized 5 crowded places in the city of Mumbai at almost the same time. 20 police, 26 foreigners and more than 100 local residents lost their lives.

The attack in Mumbai was the most spectacular non-military land attack in the world. Although it did not use large explosives, the victims were very many and the trauma effect was very large. The city of Mumbai was chosen because this city has the largest population and is one of the economic centers in India. Security in Mumbai at that time was also relatively loose.

The perpetrators consisted of 10 teenagers who were members of Laskar Thoyyibah which internationally is more often written as Lashkar e-Taiba. This organization is an organization from Pakistan which is older than the organization led by Usamah Bin Laden, namely Al-Qaeda.

The perpetrators had been taught Jihad law that was in accordance with their understanding, including the doctrine of hatred and cultivating old grudges against India which had massacred Islam in the past, including the riots in the Jammu Massacre area (August – November 1947). This incident in 1947 forced Indian Muslims to emigrate to Pakistan, which was just being established at that time. This lesson about revenge was taught continuously until the spirit grew within them to take revenge on the government and Hindus in India.
